RTD to host community, customer feedback event Saturday at Union Station

RTD began a comprehensive outreach and engagement process to solicit feedback on April 3 about proposed revisions to RTD’s Customer Code of Conduct – branded as Respect the Ride. RTD is hosting a community and customer feedback event this Saturday to provide an overview of the proposed changes and to hear input from the community and customers on the proposed revisions.

  • Dr. Joel Fitzgerald, Sr., RTD Chief of Police and Emergency Management
  • Stuart Summers, RTD Chief Communications and Engagement Officer

WHAT:  

  • Community and Customer Feedback Event for Respect the Ride
  • Resources from RTD Transit Police, Community Engagement and organizations assisting individuals experiencing homelessness will be available to answer questions and collect customer and community feedback  
  • Customers and the community can also complete an online survey through June 2
